Prepare for Surgery

At ShorePoint Health, patient safety is our top priority. In order to give you the best care and keep  you safe, make sure you and your surgical staff confirm these things before your procedure:

•  the type of surgery you are having

It is possible that your procedure will require having the site marked; you or your support person will be asked to participate in the site marking and the verification of what is planned for your care. Take part in your care; ask questions!
